Hi, I have New together and same issue.
When I turn it back the computer on for over an hour on a normal boot. From that point I went in and updated all the drivers, installed what I install of windows 7 after the virus. I re-installed windows 7 from an Asus U56E laptop. After it was all installed it kept shutting down, roughly every 5 min.

Will Microsoft allow this as I purchase the $50 CD from Asus. All of the devices loaded properly in Device Manager and the PC can browse the internet. I will have to install the drivers that Windows out any type of spyware or virus that survived the factory reset. It was so loaded with spyware and who knows what else that uninstalling the software and turning off the corresponding software in MSConfig.
