Can we get a refund to our credit card or at the very least blizzard bucks? I'm not a whiner but I bought the digital version to play before my CE arrived.. That really wasn't possible.
For Digital you contact blizzard directly. Their phone number is on the website.
For Physical version you call 1-800-757-7707. That was the number provided in the TOS. I'm sure you contact blizzard directly also.
Yep, I kinda want to give up on Diablo III already.. I dont always have an internet connection. I feel like I've wasted $60.
Why would you buy a game that explicitly stated that you need a constant internet connection if you don't have one?

Call wait times are rather long right now due to the D3 release and some WoW SoR issues. Cell phones tend to dislike being on hold and disconnect. It is best to use a land line or Skype (free to download and call the 1-800 # from).
If you purchased the game, you can get it refunded as long as the receipt shows the purchase date in the last 30 days at the time a refund is requested. If the game was added to your account via the World of Warcraft Annual Pass there's nothing that can be refunded as it was never purchased.

They offered a Beta, and even have a 'Starter Edition (Guest Pass Edition)' to ' try before you buy' so it's not their fault you ran out like a good little consumer and bought it.
So if its more than 30 days it a no?
you have 30 days to request for them to replace any defective materials such as CD/DVDs if you bought them from a store and find they are defective. you can also request a refund IF you havent applied the serial key to your account. however, since the key is one time use then once it is locked into your account then you are no longer eligible for a refund regardless of time frame.
